少ないの語源、高い状態の否定

「少ない」状態を表す言葉には「縮小」
や「恐縮」などがあります。「shuqu＝
縮＝少」ない状態は「shushqu＝高く積
み多い」状態から語頭の「shu＝主」を
除いた言葉になっています。 「高くて
多い」状態の「否定」が「少」ない状態
だと分かります。
