情状酌量の語源、最高の罪を課さない、軽減する

子が親分を「許す」とは言わない
でしょう。親が子を「許す」と言う事
はあります。 「軽減を許す＝酌量」の
中に、「shaqu＝上」の者が、下の者
に「与える採決、決定」の意味が含ま
れている事が分かります。
